隱私權政策

Kumei 酷美（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）由歐晶科技有限公司（以下簡稱「我們」）開發及營運。我們重視您的隱私。本政策說明我們如何收集、使用及保護您在使用本應用程式時的資訊。

1. 我們收集的資料

本應用程式不需要建立帳號，也不收集任何個人身份識別資訊（姓名、電子郵件、電話等）。

我們收集或處理的資料僅限於：

  • 食物照片：當您使用分析功能時，照片會傳送至我們的伺服器進行 AI 營養分析。照片在分析完成後不會儲存於伺服器上。
  • 分析結果：營養分析結果（菜名、卡路里、蛋白質、脂肪、碳水化合物、升糖指數等）僅儲存在您的裝置本機，不會傳送至我們的伺服器。
  • 使用者設定：您輸入的身體數據（身高、體重、年齡、活動量）僅儲存於裝置本機，用於計算每日營養目標（BMR/TDEE），不會傳送至任何伺服器。

2. 第三方服務

本應用程式使用以下第三方服務來處理食物照片分析：

  • OpenAI API（GPT-4o）：您的食物照片會透過加密連線（HTTPS）傳送至 OpenAI 的伺服器進行視覺辨識與營養分析。OpenAI 的 API 資料使用政策規定，透過 API 傳送的資料不會用於訓練其模型。詳情請參閱 OpenAI API 資料使用政策。
  • TFDA 營養資料庫：我們使用衛生福利部食品藥物管理署公開的食品營養成分資料庫來驗證及校正 AI 分析結果。此資料庫於伺服器端運行，不涉及個人資料傳輸。

3. 資料儲存與安全

  • 食物照片僅在分析過程中暫時處理，分析完成後不會保留於我們的伺服器。
  • 所有裝置與伺服器之間的通訊均透過 HTTPS 加密傳輸。
  • 飲食日記、個人設定等資料僅儲存於您的 iPhone 本機（UserDefaults），我們無法存取這些資料。
  • 我們不使用 Cookie、分析工具或廣告追蹤技術。

4. 資料分享

我們不會向任何第三方出售、出租或分享您的個人資料。除上述 OpenAI API 用於食物分析外，您的資料不會傳送至任何其他第三方服務。

5. 兒童隱私

本應用程式不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會刻意收集兒童的個人資訊。

6. 您的權利

  • 您可以隨時刪除裝置上的飲食日記與設定資料（透過應用程式設定或刪除應用程式）。
  • 由於我們不儲存個人資料於伺服器，因此無需向我們提出資料刪除請求。
  • 您可以隨時停止使用本應用程式。

7. 醫療聲明

本應用程式提供的營養分析結果僅供參考，不構成醫療建議。AI 分析可能存在誤差，特別是混合菜餚或特殊烹調方式的料理。請勿將本應用程式的分析結果用於醫療決策（包括但不限於胰島素劑量調整）。如有健康疑慮，請諮詢專業醫療人員。

8. 政策更新

我們可能不定期更新本隱私權政策。重大變更將透過應用程式通知或在本頁面公告。繼續使用本應用程式即表示您同意更新後的政策。

Privacy Policy

Kumei (the "App") is developed and operated by 歐晶科技有限公司 (Ou-Jing Technology Co., Ltd., "we" or "us"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information we collect

The App does not require account creation and does not collect any personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number, etc.).

The only data we collect or process is:

  • Food photos: When you use the analysis feature, your photo is sent to our server for AI-powered nutrition analysis. Photos are not stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
  • Analysis results: Nutrition data (dish name, calories, protein, fat, carbs, glycemic index, etc.) is stored only on your device and is never sent back to our servers.
  • User preferences: Body metrics you enter (height, weight, age, activity level) are stored only on your device for calculating daily nutrition targets (BMR/TDEE) and are never transmitted to any server.

2. Third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services for food photo analysis:

  • OpenAI API (GPT-4o): Your food photos are transmitted via encrypted connection (HTTPS) to OpenAI's servers for visual recognition and nutrition analysis. OpenAI's API data usage policy states that data sent via the API is not used to train their models. For details, see OpenAI API Data Usage Policies.
  • TFDA Nutrition Database: We use the publicly available food nutrition database from Taiwan's Food and Drug Administration to verify and calibrate AI analysis results. This database runs server-side and does not involve personal data transmission.

3. Data storage and security

  • Food photos are processed temporarily during analysis and are not retained on our servers after completion.
  • All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.
  • Your food diary, personal settings, and other data are stored only on your iPhone locally (UserDefaults). We cannot access this data.
  • We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. Except for the OpenAI API used for food analysis as described above, your data is not transmitted to any other third-party service.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not designed for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your rights

  • You may delete your food diary and settings at any time (through the app settings or by deleting the app).
  • Since we do not store personal data on our servers, no data deletion request to us is necessary.
  • You may stop using the App at any time.

7. Medical disclaimer

Nutrition analysis provided by this App is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. AI analysis may contain inaccuracies, particularly for mixed dishes or unusual cooking methods. Do not use this App's analysis results for medical decisions (including but not limited to insulin dosage adjustments). Consult a healthcare professional if you have health concerns.

8. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
